Welcome to the broadcast services provided by I-DEE Production. These Terms of Use govern your use of our broadcast services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Access and Use of Services

   6. Use our services to distribute, display, or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing upon the rights of others.
   7. Engage in any other conduct that, in our sole discretion, is deemed inappropriate or objectionable.

Content and Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: All content provided through our broadcast services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, and logos, is owned or licensed by I-DEE Production and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the content without our prior written consent.
2. User Content: Our services may allow you to submit or post user-generated content. By submitting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of providing and promoting our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our broadcast services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our broadcast services at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. we may also update these Terms of Use from time to time.
